Dimensions are in millimetres and are taken from the current drawing for each model. Before ordering, ask us for the drawing of the exact model so the mounting dimensions are checked against your frame — the table is for selection, the drawing is what we build to.

Dimensional drawings

Each series has its own drawing with the mounting interfaces, cylinder support and cradle options. Open a drawing full size to read the tolerances and thread options.

Where this cylinder is used

Selection is driven by the duty cycle, not the catalogue. Tell us the load, the stroke you need and how many cycles per day — those three numbers decide the series and often the port configuration.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

What pressure are the HSG cylinders rated at?
20 MPa (200 bar) across all seven models. Crane circuits commonly run at this level, so the rating is set by the system rather than varying per model.
What bore and rod sizes are available?
From 50/28 mm up to 200/140 mm. The ratio between bore and rod sets the extend and retract force difference, which is what decides whether the cylinder can hold a load on the retract side.
How long a stroke can you supply?
Up to 3,500 mm on the HSG90/70. Long strokes on a crane cylinder are limited by buckling rather than by the tube, which is why the rod diameter steps up with stroke.
Do you have drawings with mounting dimensions?
Yes — the drawing above carries the mounting distances at both ends. Confirm against your boom geometry before ordering; that measurement is what decides fit.

Need this sized for your equipment?

Send the load, stroke and mounting envelope. We will come back with the model that fits and the drawing for it.
