Dimensions are in millimetres and are taken from the current drawing for each model. Before ordering, ask us for the drawing of the exact model so the mounting dimensions are checked against your frame — the table is for selection, the drawing is what we build to.
Where this cylinder is used
Selection is driven by the duty cycle, not the catalogue. Tell us the load, the stroke you need and how many cycles per day — those three numbers decide the series and often the port configuration.

Questions buyers ask before ordering
- What is the largest tipping capacity in the FC series?
- 64 t, on the F191 bore groups at 20 MPa. The smallest is 28.3 t on the E149 4-stage group at 16 MPa, so the series spans roughly a 2.3× range of lifting force within the same mounting family.
- Why is closed length quoted alongside stroke?
- On a front-end installation the cylinder sits behind the cab, so the space between the chassis crossmember and the body front board is fixed. A longer stroke usually means a longer closed length, and that is what decides whether the cylinder physically fits.
- What is the difference between 16 MPa and 20 MPa models?
- The pressure rating is tied to the bore group and stage count. Higher pressure in the same bore gives more force, which is how the 64 t models stay within a mounting envelope sized for a smaller cylinder.
- Can you supply the drawing for one specific model?
- Yes — ask for the drawing of the exact model you are considering. The table is for selection; the drawing carries the mounting dimensions and tolerances we build to.
Need this sized for your equipment?
Send the load, stroke and mounting envelope. We will come back with the model that fits and the drawing for it.
